Just like servicing your automobile, water treatment equipment requires regular maintenance to ensure the system is working properly and delivering the high quality water your family needs and deserves.
Our Total Care Club Water Treatment Maintenance Plan ensures your system gets the regular TLC it needs to work properly. This customizable plan allows you to choose how many water treatment visits you want and need a year. We recognize that water quality can vary significantly from home to home, and certain water treatment systems require more service and attention than others. Choose as many visits you would like on an annual basis and we will make your water quality our top priority. Customers can choose from one, two, three, or four visits per year.
During our Total Care Club service visit our water treatment technician will:
- Test water for hardness, pH, iron, TDS (total dissolved solids), chlorine
- Run system through cycles to ensure proper function
- Check system for leaks
- Check and adjust time of day
- Check days override settings and adjust if needed
- Check & adjust regen time
- Clean all screens & injectors
- Ensure backwash line is safe
- Ensure system is metering water usage
- Change customer supplied filters
- Ensure brine tank is not bridging (*softeners only)
While not included in the service, Total Care Club Water Treatment Members receive a discount on the following water treatment add-ons during maintenance visits:
- Recharging neutralizer
- Water filters
- Changing R/O filters
- Replacing bad components / replacement parts
- Changing UV lights
- Servicing units beyond repair
